Refund Policy

At Black Sparrow Agency, we create both bespoke video content and premium digital products. This refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of our creative work and intellectual property.

1. Digital Products

Our Plugins and other downloadable digital products are delivered instantly after purchase and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets, all sales of Plugins are considered final and non-refundable.
  • Technical Defects: If a technical defect prevents the product from functioning as described, we will first work with you to resolve the issue. Where a verified defect cannot be reasonably fixed, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Compatibility Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the listed compatibility (e.g. supported software and versions) before purchasing. Refunds are not provided for purchases made for unsupported systems.
  • License & IP Protection: All digital products are licensed for use and remain the intellectual property of Black Sparrow Agency. Unauthorized sharing, reselling or redistribution is strictly prohibited and voids any support or goodwill considerations.

2. Creative Services

For service-based work (such as video editing, post-production and creative direction), refunds are handled according to the scope, contract and milestones agreed before the project begins.

  • Before Work Starts: If you cancel before editing or production has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any pre-production, consultation or booking fees.
  • Milestone-Based Work: Once a milestone (e.g. first draft, rough cut, final cut) has been delivered and approved, the related fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivered Work: Customized edits, final exports and other bespoke deliverables that have been provided to the client are non-refundable.

3. Support, Installation Issues & Contact

If you experience any issue installing or using a Plugin purchased from Black Sparrow Agency, we strongly encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases, installation or configuration issues can be solved quickly with our help.

  • We can provide step-by-step installation guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Where applicable, we may offer updated files or alternatives if a specific version conflict is identified.
  • Our goal is always to help you successfully use the product you purchased.
